新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止に伴う臨時休業期間分の会費ご返金について
いつもA-1エクスプレスをご愛好いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。
2月末の首相会見および3月初頭の厚生労働省の発表を受け、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止の為、
臨時休業をいたしました13日間分の会費ご返金について、以下のように実施させていただいております。ご確認をお願いいたします。
また今後も政府および地方自治体の方針に沿い、感染拡大防止に向け速やかに対応をしてまいります。
そして地域の皆様の健康に貢献できるよう取り組んでまいりますので、今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

・3月会費（2月27日ご請求分）の口座振替がされているお客様
4月会費（3月27日ご請求分）より3月会費５０％分を差し引いてご請求しております。
・3月がご入会キャンペーンの無料期間に該当するお客様
無料期間終了後、最初の月会費より５０％分を差し引いてご請求させていただきます。
・3月末でご退会（2月27日で口座振替が終了している）のお客様
ご登録の口座へ3月会費の５０％を返金させていただいております。
・4月分の月会費に関しては、後日
HP上でご案内させていただきます。
