いつもA-1エクスプレスをご愛好いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。
緊急事態宣言を受け新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止の為、臨時休業をいたしました1ヵ月間分の会費ご返金について、
以下のように実施させていただいております。ご確認をお願いいたします。
また今後も政府および地方自治体の方針に沿い、感染拡大防止に向け速やかに対応をしてまいります。
そして地域の皆様の健康に貢献できるよう取り組んでまいりますので、今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

・5月会費（4月27日ご請求分）の口座振替がされているお客様
6月会費（5月27日ご請求分）より5月会費分を差し引いてご請求しております。
・5月がご入会キャンペーンの無料期間に該当するお客様
無料期間終了後、最初の月会費より100％分を差し引いてご請求させていただきます。
・5月末でご退会（4月27日で口座振替が終了している）のお客様
ご登録の口座へ5月会費の100％を返金させていただきます。
4月会費の返金の為5月会費の口座振替の金額が会費の50％だったお客様は、そちらの金額を返金いたします。
